Source Solutions (ABN 79-613-419-546) provides custom web development, integration, and consulting services to clients. All engagements are governed by a written proposal and/or Statement of Work agreed upon before work commences.
Upon final payment, all custom code written specifically for your project is transferred to you. Third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools remain subject to their respective licences. Source Solutions retains the right to reference the project in a portfolio context unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms are specified in the project proposal. Work does not commence until an initial deposit is received. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Source Solutions' liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for those services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Tasmanian courts.
