5. Cloudflare Turnstile
This website uses Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible security service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to protect the contact form from automated spam and abuse. Turnstile analyses browser signals to distinguish human visitors from bots without displaying a traditional CAPTCHA puzzle.
When you submit the contact form, Turnstile may process certain technical information (such as your IP address, browser characteristics, and interaction data) and transmit it to Cloudflare's servers for verification. This data is processed in accordance with Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Policy, available at cloudflare.com/en-gb/turnstile-privacy-policy. Source Solutions does not receive or store the raw data collected by Turnstile.
6. Data Storage & Security
Your information is stored securely and access is limited to Source Solutions. We take reasonable steps to protect your data from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. However, no method of internet transmission is completely secure.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law (for example, financial records for ATO compliance).
