Evomed attends medical conferences and trade events and needed a fast, reliable way to capture leads — without a complex CRM setup or internet dependency. They needed QR codes for posters, a tablet kiosk mode, lead temperature tracking, CSV export, and admin management — deployable in minutes.

• Admin creates named "batches" per event in seconds
• Auto-generates a QR code and printable poster for each batch
• Kiosk mode: tablet auto-resets 3 seconds after submission; Screen Wake Lock keeps the screen on
• Admin entry editing with lead temperature, follow-up action, rep assignment, and internal notes
• CSV export (UTF-8, Excel-compatible) with all fields
• Security: bcrypt password, CSRF, honeypot, IP-based rate limiting, data directory blocked from web access
