JPack is an ActiveX DLL that provides methods for programmatically creating and modifying archives in the JPack file format (a bit like the GZip format).
The archive is uncompressed and very basic. When opened a package is loaded into memory, before the files are cached in a temp directory (specified or automatic). Because of this, once the package has loaded you can have fast, native access to the files.
